Omnexa HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. is a healthcare infrastructure company based in Mumbai. We are a team of healthcare professionals, technologists, and social entrepreneurs building the connective layer between hospitals, blood banks, corporates, donors, doctors, and patients.

Rather than functioning as a traditional healthcare service provider, Omnexa acts as an ecosystem enabler, bringing every stakeholder together through technology and strategic partnerships. Our flagship product, BloodSphere, is the operational core of that ecosystem today.

India does not have a blood shortage problem. It has a coordination problem. The same gap shows up across the healthcare system:

Building a More Connected Future for Healthcare

Healthcare is more than hospitals, medicines, and technology. It is about people, collaboration, and the shared responsibility of improving lives.
During my time working closely with blood banks and running more than 100 corporate health camps, I saw the same pattern repeat: strong individual efforts, but no structure connecting them. Health screenings ended once reports were shared. Blood requests were coordinated by phone calls and word of mouth, even when minutes mattered. Good work was happening everywhere, in isolation.
That observation is the foundation of Omnexa HealthTech. We believe healthcare stakeholders should not work in silos. They should be connected through one ecosystem, with technology built to close the coordination gap, not just describe it.
Omnexa HealthTech was created to make this real, starting with BloodSphere and expanding into hospital partnerships, preventive workforce healthcare, and community programs built on the same principle.
